Notice of Annual General Meeting of the University Juniors Hockey Club Inc.
Our club’s annual general meeting will be held on Sunday 19 March 2017 at 5.30pm (immediately following grading day) at Willows Oval, ANU. The meeting will be short and will include the election of officers to the club’s committee.
The agenda for the 2017 AGM is as follows:
1. Welcome
2. Confirm minutes of 2016 annual general meeting (Minutes: University Juniors – 2016 AGM Minutes for confirmation at 2017 AGM)
3. President’s Report (on behalf of committee)
4. Treasurer’s Report including presentation of audited financial statements for year ended 31 December 2016 and a copy of the auditor’s report in relation to those accounts
5. Appointment of a returning officer
6. Election of officers
