Registrations are now open and can be submitted by clicking on the following link.. https://memberdesq.onesporttechnology.com/15/reg/portal. Make sure you select University Juniors as your Club and then the appropriate age group.
To assist you with selecting the correct age group, your child must be aged less than the respective age group on the 1st of January 2016.
- to be eligible for Under 15s, you must be 14 or younger on 1 January 2016 (therefore born in 2001 or later)
- to be eligible for Under 13s, you must be 12 or younger on 1 January 2016 (therefore born in 2003 or later)
- to be eligible for Under 11s, you must be 10 or younger on 1 January 2016 (therefore born in 2005 or later)
- Hook into Hockey is open to any child born in 2007 or later.
Please Note: For those intending to possibly play 2 age groups (Under 13 and Under 15 or Under 15 and Under 18), make sure you select the lower age group so you are eligible to do both. If you select the older age group you will not be eligible to play down. For those hoping to play Under 13 and Under 11, we request that you select Under 11s, but you may be require to pay an additional amount in fees manually as the fees differ between these two age groups. Also, if you are intending to play in 2 age groups on a regular basis, you may also be required to pay an additional fee to cover the playing component of the second age group’s team fee. This will be confirmed prior to the start of the season if we need to apply this additional fee. Feel free to call me to discuss.
You must register prior to the commencement of the season, and when you do register you will be required to submit payment through the registration portal. This will incur an administration charge, but the committee has held the fees to the same level as last year to compensate for this charge imposed by OneSport. Whilst registrations are not required until before the first game, the earlier everyone registers the easier it will be for the Club to determine numbers of players and therefore teams. It also ensures that the children are fully covered by insurance at training and other Club activities.
